A marathon running is tiring if you are the only one running. So, priorities strategic are most important and have their actual current strategic plans.
We know that leaders have the potentiel to drive employees engagement but how can they be more effective in today’s complexe and environnement volative ? And where should we focus our leadership development to ensure a maximum impact ?
We have to find the right person for the right job and also need the right person for the company’s culture.
Eventually, the fondamental objective is to drive towards greater productivity, find solutions also open the way for individual to have more choice on how they wish to use their time.
My vision is, working requires the cooperation of all so we need to start to value these jobs and the people who do them.
We need to have strategic beliefs, priorities decisions, taking risks and the most importance of letting go. I needed to get out the way and be prepared to watch employees from the sidelines.
Indeed, the most encouraging part of my life was to hear the different stories and see the different personal styles and these amazing women and men.
