Please send the full error report if it's possible.
To generate it do the following:
- Run the application.
- When an error occurs, click on the "Information" button.
- After the information is gathered, click on the "View Report" button.
- Save the opened report file as text. It is a good idea to ZIP it before sending.
If you can not generate it then find protect.dll file in the application folder, right click on it, go to Properties tab and tell us BuildGuid, BuildSignature and Product Name values. If you cannot find this dll, then try looking for other dll files with StarForce copyrights in the properties.
Also send us the screenshot of the error please.
- When the error message appears, press <PrintScreen> - this will copy a screenshot to a buffer.
- Open "Paint": Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint.
- Press <Ctrl>+<V> - this will paste a screenshot from a buffer to the Paint.
- Press "File - Save - Save".
- Send this saved file to us.
