Death penalty, death sentence, execution, capital punishment, lot of words to describe this utlimate act.

The Death sentence has existed since the antiquity. Nowadays some countries like the Japan and the U.S.A are still using it, especially in 34 states of USA.

What are the interests of using the capital punishment ?
At the first, we go to see arguments for the death penalty.
Murderers, pedophiles, rapists, recidivists don't respect the life, they make acts which exceed the humanity. What would be the aim of keeping them alive , whereas they deprive their victims of their own life ?
Furthermore, this persons live at the account of the citizens, they can pratice sports, continues their studies, watch T.V, with complete impunity. I thinki that it'sn't normal, because when victim's family has pained, culprits live their life quietly. They destroy life and in return, we allow to live as real citizens.
If the capital punishment exist it's to reduce the numbers of prisoners and the numbers of victims. The level of criminality isn't reduce but is'nt rise too. The justice will be accomplish for victims. There aren't recidivism.
I think that during the judgement the culprit become the victim because we give him excuses for committed act.
With the death sentence there are more victims of recidivists than no culprits killed by the execution.
What this arguments are valid ? I don't think...The life is sacred, even they took life's victim, we aren't entitled to take their. The death penalty don't reduce the level of criminalité.
Furthermore, it favour the revenge rather the reason.
Death corridors are a torture, so we don't have need to the death penalty.
Judgements are unfair, an example with Troy Davis :he arrested for the murder of white policeman. He was black, and many evidences are accused him. Policemen has put the pressure at witnesses for say that is Troy Davis the murderer.
More witenesses are return on their deposition by saying that there are the pressure and is'nt Troy Davis the culprit. Troy Davis is executided in 2011 september 21th. Is an example among other.
The death penalty isn't the solution, it more hurts than good and it don't resolve the problem : the criminality.
