I can't be sure there the heels need to be trimmed to, but it could be to around the pink lines.
Hopefully the frog is looking much better after the CleanTrax soak and with daily antibiotic treatments?
It is very difficult (impossible?) to find live sole on feet like this, and the frog cannot be used to guide the trim at the moment (it will have migrated forwards).
But you may be able to "clear out" the collateral grooves (orange) and use the CG measurements to help guide the heel trim, along with the hairline angle.
I think sorting out these feet takes time.
I would concentrate on bringing the heels down slowly, as above using the hairline angle and collateral groove depths to guide the heel trim, whilst ensuring that no depth is removed from the front of the foot unless you are certain that collateral groove depths around what should be the true frog apex are at least 10 mm.
Concentrate on treating the frog to restore it to health.
Keep the toe short/where it should be (I'll explain on another photo).
